Decided to have brunch at this spot. We were seated right away, and our food came out fairly fast. I got their turkey sandwich which was okay. The bread was too dry for my liking. I absolutely love their country potatoes! There is a good amount of parking in the back, and everyone was super nice and helpful.
I recently dined at the Red Apple Cafe in Aptos, CA with my wife. I ordered the French Toast, while my wife opted for the Pancakes. We were absolutely delighted with our experience at this charming Mom & Pop shop. The servers were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was not only inviting but also impeccably clean and well maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The French Toast was a delightful blend of fluffy and crispy, and the Pancakes were equally scrumptious. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, eager to return to this hidden gem.

One of the places we stop for breakfast. Always have good and friendly service. We have never been there when it was very busy. It is a casual place and easy to have a conversation while there as not a loud place. Ordered the potato dish with ham, mushrooms and green onions topped with cheese and scrambled eggs. The potatoes are good sized pieces and the mushrooms are also good sized and plentiful the ham and green onions are smaller and get a little lost because of the other two ingredients. It does taste good and definitely plenty of the food. We have had the bacon in the past and it is good with a smoked flavor to it. Will be back again.
I can't recommend this place enough. Woke up craving pancakes and once I found out that indooor dining is back in full effect I made my way to the restaurant. This has been my favorite place for breakfast since I was a kid. The food here never disappoints their pancakes here are unmatched....if you know a place that serves better pancakes let me know so I can shut that foolishness down real quick...BAR NONE their pancakes are perfect. Very happy that indoor dining is back! Thank you Red Apple Cafe.
